Valentine's Day 2020 in Cayman

Valentine’s Day – Friday 14th February 2020

There is nothing more romantic than Valentine’s Day in the Cayman Islands! A combination of wonderful weather, spectacular restaurants, gorgeous vistas,  jewellery shops galore and talented florists are all the ingredients you need to keep your loved one sweet this Valentine’s Day!

Whether it’s your first Valentine’s Day together, or your 50th, we’ve rounded up the best ways to help keep the romance alive!

If it’s true that diamonds are a girl’s best friend then the ladies will not be disappointed in Cayman. Kirk Freeport stocks fantastic selections of diamond pieces, including loose stones. For the gentleman you’ll find a wide variety of classic watches from brands such as Rolex, Tag and Omega, all at duty free prices. Island Plaza offers over 50 different brands of jewellery and watches to suit all budgets. Rocky's Diamond Gallery specialises in high-end jewellery. They offer an extensive collection of gemstones, perfect for life's big events. You can even have a piece of jewellery designed and made by their in house jewellery designers.

For something  a bit different head to Artifacts for unique antique jewellery, often with a fascinating story behind them or Pure Art for handmade Caymanite jewellery that you’ll struggle to find elsewhere in the world.

Romantic Experiences

How about going left field and surprising your significant other with a romantic experience?

  • Helicopter Ride: Soar above Cayman taking in the stunning sites of clear blue water and stunning beaches.
  • Movies Under the Stars: Catch a romantic movie on the big screen, under the stars in Camana Bay.
  • Private Boat Charter: Pack a picnic and some bubbles and enjoy a cruise around the stunning North Sound.

Beach Time

Keep it simple and spend the afternoon lolling on the beach and snorkelling in cayman's clear, warm waters. Governors Beach and Smith Cove are fantastic options. Spotts Beach rarely gets too busy and is great for snorkelling with turtles - an experience to cherish!
