VITAL Cayman Spinbar & Yogaden in Grand Harbour houses a Spinbar, as well as a Yogaden for yogis to come together and enjoy group yoga sessions. Pilates

Pilates fusion classes, which incorporate the core strengthening and stabilisation of Pilates, with the flexibility and strength work of yoga, are taught at several places in Cayman.

The Pilates Studio is a spacious and fully-equipped inclusive studio housing Balanced Body equipment.
