The Avalon has 27 individually owned three bedroom condos which are all identical in layout but have been beautifully and individually decorated. The beach is 300ft wide and stunning at this end of Seven Mile Beach, and it is also quiet as the complex is low density and there are never so many guests staying that you cannot find somewhere to relax by the pool or shore. The property has received a total exterior renovation, including the landscaping throughout, and there is a newly updated fitness centre, a lighted tennis court with two pickleball courts, a hot tub and a state of the art pool filtration system.
