Sea Palm Villas
Sea Palms Villas has a lovely beachfront location and all the apartments are one bedroom and come with a fully equipped kitchen, big bathroom with a soaker tub, and there is a wide balcony with comfy seating and a pool. Located in Bodden Town next to the Turtle Nest Inn, the apartments come with free high speed wifi in all the villas, feather duvets, non-allergic pillows, linens, bath and beach towels. All the rooms are non smoking and there is a resident manager on call 24 hours a day.
Sea Palm Villas was developed, owned and is now managed by Sean and Jacqueline, therefore, providing some of the most exclusive beachfront accommodation on Grand Cayman at a fraction of the price.

Additional Information
- Rates are per room, apartment or condo -- not "per person", and are based on lodging up to two guests in our villas;
- Unlike most island hotels and condos, there's no "service charge" at Sea Palm Villas.
- The government's Accommodations Tax of 13% must be added to all above rates, as is the case at all Cayman hotels and condos
- The villas can sleep up to two guests, with an extra-person supplement of US$35 per night;
- The extra-person supplement does not apply to children twelve years old or younger; no charge for booster chair or crib;
- Rates for stays straddling two seasons are calculated according to the number of nights falling in each respective season;
- A non-refundable (but transferable) deposit of 50% (or minimum of one night charge if staying less than four nights) is required to book
- Balances are due one month before arrival, or two months before arrival if arrival or departure falls in high or Holiday seasons;
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm; check-out time is 11.00am unless otherwise confirmed with management; luggage can be stored if arriving early, or departing late;
- To avoid disappointment while booking your airfare, accommodations can be held for 48 hours with no commitment on your part;
- Above rates and conditions are subject to change without prior notice but, while posted, are in effect for all current and future reservations;
- Payment can be made by credit card, and we accept Visa, MasterCard. Bank wire transfer is also accepted;
- There is a US$200 (2 persons) cleaning and linen fee. This will be levied per stay up to seven [7] days. Housekeeping is on exit. Additional linen/towels and/or cleaning can be supplied upon request [additional charges may apply]
