The Mission House is a popular tourist destination for those seeking a departure from watersports and sunbathing. Built in the late 18th century, it served as the home of several Presbyterian missionaries who came to the Cayman Islands to spread Christianity. The house is also the site of the first Presbyterian school in Cayman.

Additional Information
The Mission House is furnished with period furniture and artifacts, and it is open to the public for tours at weekends. The property is a valuable resource for academics studying the early history of the Cayman Islands, even though it is a reconstruction using techniques from the era, after the orignal was destroyed in Hurricane Ivan in 2004. The house is owned and operated by the National Trust for the Cayman Islands.
