Famed for its tax free shopping status, Cayman attracts thousands of shoppers each year looking to take advantage of cheaper retail prices than can be found in the US or Europe. Duty free cameras and leather goods are often considerably cheaper. Visitors will also find a wealth of high-end goods such as jewellery, watches, precious stones, antiques and more, all from world-class brands.

Artifacts is a treasure trove of antique maps, prints, silver, coins, jewellery, shipwreck treasures and china, as well as unique, modern handmade glass and ceramics. Located in Cayside Galleries on Seafarers Way in downtown George Town, this is a lovely place to find unique gifts and, literally, treasure!

Pure Art Gallery & Gifts has been offering local art and island-style gifts for almost thirty years in their charming Cayman cottage. Just a mile south of George Town, Pure Art is a treasure trove of unique Caymanian paintings, prints, jewellery, handmade crafts, gifts and more. Gifts galore. Find one-of-a-kind fine art paintings, prints and sculptures by talented local artists, amongst lots of other wonderful treasures.

Kennedy Gallery in West Shore Centre (the Pink Plaza) on West Bay Road, is one of the island's best known destinations for original artwork by local and Cuban artists. They sell original oil, watercolour and mixed-media paintings, prints, cards and sculptures. Shipping can be arranged.

Step into the studio and shop of 3 Girls & a Kiln on South Church Street (just down from the harbour towards South Sound), and you can choose from an incredible array of hand-made and decorated island-inspired ceramics including Christmas decorations, plates, mugs, wine coolers and stoppers, and so much more. You can also find artwork from local artists including painters, string artists, plant based studio designs, illustrators and poured resin. In addition, there is a wide variety of jewellery to choose from including some local Caymanite creations.

Cathy Church is one of the world’s leading underwater photography instructors and her gallery of underwater photos is worth a visit; they would make a wonderful souvenir of your trip to Cayman, especially if you are a diver. She also sells tax and duty free cameras and equipment including the GoPro, Nikon and Olympus brands, SeaLife, Sea&Sea, Ultralight, Nauticam, as well as dive and video lights.

Visit the flagship Guy Harvey Gallery & Shoppe in the heart of George Town to explore the world’s largest selection of officially licensed Guy Harvey merchandise, including a wide range of mens, womens and kids apparel, drinkware, home items, pet accessories and more!
