The Caboose  is a gourmet smokehouse in the heart of Grand Cayman’s Cricket Square. Whether you like Texas-style, North Carolina-style, Memphis-style or Kansas City-style, the Caboose has you covered as they bring classic American-style real-smoke BBQ to the Island using local sweet wood.

The Menu
Find mouthwatering smoked brisket, pork ribs, pulled pork, turkey, smoked local chickens and jerk tofu - dry rubbed, wet rubbed, marinated in sweet BBQ sauce or immersed in a vinegar-based marinade. Choose sides made with ingredients from their organic garden and sourced from local Island farmers, such as breadfruit salad, mixed greens and marinated tomatoes.

The Experience
A fast, casual environment where you can order ahead and collect curbside. Select your meat choices, add hot and cold sides, and finish your Caboose experience with a soda fountain drink made from pure sugar cane and no artificial ingredients. Dine in the stylish shaded al fresco area or takeaway.

The Private Event Space
Ideal for cocktail parties and work functions. This private sanctuary enclosed by greenery can accommodate up to 80 guests. Visit brasseriecayman.com/private-events for more details and to book.
