Shangri-La Bed & Breakfast in West Bay
West Bay is a residential area at the top western end of Grand Cayman with a long meandering coastal road and a maze of narrow streets running through the middle of it. There is a huge mix of different properties, from luxury oceanfront homes and apartments to island cottages.
There are few short-term vacation rentals in West Bay, although Shangri-La Bed & Breakfast, VIDA and Lighthouse Point are worth a mention.
West Bay is nicely away from the hustle and bustle of the Seven Mile Beach area, and you can go horseback riding and cycling along a rugged and little-travelled beach called Barkers, which spans part of the northern tip of West Bay. Barkers Beach is a nice area to get away from it all and is popular with dog walkers and kite surfers.
