How does it work?
1. Simply contact us and a nurse will assess your needs via telemedicine. Suspected emergencies are directed to 911 and any critical information is shared with emergency services.
2. If not an emergency, a doctor will engage in a telemedicine consultation with you.
3. If needed, a mobile clinician will come to you, equipped with state-of-the-art, smart medical equipment, which sends information directly to our doctors who are then able to provide a diagnosis and treatment plan.
4. You are taken care of, as far as possible, on the spot. They even deliver prescriptions and other medical items directly to your door.
Tourists
Non-subscription services:
• Telemedicine consultations – CI$100 each. (Some, but not all prescriptions can be issued using this option.)
• House calls (medical professionals deliver care at your hotel or condo) – CI$300 per visit/consultation. (This includes an initial telemedicine consultation.)
• Pharmacy delivery services – Cost varies by location from CI$0 to CI$10.

• CI$10 for up to 2 people (3 day minimum)
