Secluded VIP Daybeds for hire
As the late, great Anthony Bourdain said “Food tastes better with sand between your toes.” That’s why he was a fan of Kaibo, and why you’ll get a memorable meal when you visit this foodie hideaway.
Nestled in the palm-fronded white sand nature reserve in Cayman Kai, you’ll find the Caribbean version of ‘sitting at the dock of the bay’ whilst boats pull in and out of the marina.
No wonder Kaibo has gained global notoriety, and the hashtag #worthgoingfurtherfor over the years.
Kick back, relax, have a rum (and leave your shoes at home).
Kaibo Beach Restaurant
One of Cayman’s most established beach restaurants, with lapping waves, a cool breeze, and Caribbean nauticalia on the walls, serves up a global crowd-pulling menu, that tastes even better with lashings of craft cocktails. Sit back, drink in, and relax under coconut palms. You have escaped to Kaibo. Enjoy live music on the beach every Saturday from 1pm-3pm.
Kaibo “Upstairs”
Ranked Cayman’s No.1 fine dining restaurant on TripAdvisor, Upstairs offers regal and refined cuisine in Caribbean plantation surroundings. Alfresco dinner on the sea-view verandah overlooks the stunning marina. Fine vintage rums, artisanal cocktails and upscale snacks are available indoors on the cosy couches of the Rare Rum Bar.
Kaibo Espresso
Cayman’s only beach café serves breakfast and freshly baked pastries. The gourmet fair-trade coffee, cold-brew, nitro, kombucha, and whole coconuts are all homegrown.
My favourite place!
