Flowers One Mile Sea Swim

The Flowers Sea Swim is Grand Cayman’s flagship open water swim event, drawing almost 1,000 competitors of all ages and abilities from around the globe to race a one-mile course in the crystal-clear Caribbean Sea along stunning Seven Mile Beach. Known as one of the world’s richest open water swims, the event offers over US$100,000 in cash and random prizes with fantastic odds of winning. All proceeds from registration support the Swim Free Programme to teach vital water safety skills.
