On Wednesday, 24 December 2025, The Brasserie in Cricket Square, George Town, invites guests to celebrate the festive season in style with its elegant Christmas Eve Dinner from 5:30 to 10pm. This refined three-course dining experience offers a stress-free way to savour the magic of Christmas Eve without the cooking or the washing up.
The menu features Duck Liver Pâté Brûlée, Brasserie Catch Roasted Red Snapper, and Caribbean Christmas Cake served with ‘Coco Bluff’ coconut eggnog ice cream and garden sorrel jam. Each dish has been thoughtfully crafted to highlight seasonal flavours and the best of local ingredients. Guests may also choose an optional wine pairing for CI$48 to complement the meal’s festive flavours.
