Pisco Party is a three-course, chef prepared dinner paired with 3 Catan Pisco cocktails from the Cayman Cocktail Week team of liquid enthusiasts (Amba Lamb!).
Chef Mo will be creating some Chilean-inspired dishes and cooking them in front of guests, and Amba will lead a Pisco Sour class to get things off to the right start.
