Cayman Cookout 2019

Each year, some of the world’s most talented chefs, culinary influencers and wine and spirit experts descend upon Grand Cayman for a treasured celebration of food and wine.

Now in its 11th year, the Cayman Cookout, hosted by acclaimed chef Eric Ripert, offers an exciting agenda of extravagant tastings, demonstrations, tours and dinners and mixing and mingling with the who’s who in food and wine.

Thursday, January 17th

Emeril Lunch with Justin Wines | Location: Andiamo | Time: 11.30am-1.30pm | Price: CI$200

Celebrity chef, cookbook author, award-winning, television personality, and restaurateur are just a few ways to describe Emeril Lagasse, world-renowned chef. Returning again for Cayman Cookout, Emeril will be ‘kicking it up a notch’ in the kitchen. Lunch will feature delectable Justin Wines from Paso Robles.

World Class Take Over | Location: Silver Palm Lounge | Time: 9.30pm-11.45pm | No Ticket Purchase Required

Come and unwind at Silver Palm Lounge as some of World Class’ top bartenders shake and stir their creations behind the bar. Featuring Charles Joly and Kaitlyn Stewart, global World Class winners from the US and Canada, joined by Cayman World Class winners Amba Lamb, Fede Johnson and Diageo Reserve Ambassador Simon Crompton.

Metamorphosis of Taste with Dominque Crenn | Location: Beach Pavilion South | Time: 10am-11am | Price: $175

Experience “Poetic Culinaria” like you haven’t before, straight from the artist herself in this paradise setting. A French Chef established in San Francisco and recently named the only female chef in the United States with 3 Michelin Stars, Chef Crenn runs Atelier Crenn and Le Petit Crenn with her amazing team and brings forward a story through each of her delicate dishes.

Andrew Zimmern Explores the Flavours of Cayman | Location: The Great Lawn | Time: 11.30am-1.30pm | Price: $225

Chef Andrew Zimmern tastes and discusses the bizarre side of international and local flavors with Cayman’s most acclaimed chefs and restaurateurs. Beverage offerings include a signature cocktail featuring Russian Standard Vodka, a selection of Bold Rock Hard Cider, a refreshing Rosé wine and of course Cayman’s very own Caybrew.

Barefoot BBQ presented by Certified Angus Beef and Moet & Chandon | Location: Royal Palms | Time: 7pm-10pm | Price: $375

Dine under the stars as Chefs Eric Ripert, José Andrés and various other local and internationally acclaimed Chefs harmonize sizzling grills on the beach with the breaking waves in true barefoot elegance. Hand-crafted cocktails, live music, and sweet creations by Chef Jean François Suteau will enchant into the evening.
