Kaibo, one of Cayman’s most spectacular seaside destinations, combines the feel of down-to-earth beach bar with the elegance of one of the Island’s finer establishments.

It has seen several transformations since the purpose built beach shack was constructed as a place to serve drinks to Queen Elizabeth II on her first tour of Grand Cayman, however Kaibo’s charm remains intact. Located in picturesque Cayman Kai, in sleepy North Side, Kaibo is tucked away on a palm-fronded white-sand beach.

So come barefoot and leave your worries behind! There are three fine dining options for guests:

Kaibo Beach

A thatched bar with a friendly vibe that is well shaded by coconut palms, cabanas, striped parasols and overhead sails. The tasty menu includes fresh local ingredients for the brick oven pizza, fresh sandwiches, salads, burgers and local fish. Relax and chill-out all day with ice cold drinks and enjoy great service with some of the best views on Island!

Upstairs Restaurant

A highly ranked restaurant on TripAdvisor - offers Michelin-star cuisine in vintage Caribbean plantation surroundings. Alfresco dinner on the balcony overlooks the stunning marina. Fine, vintage rums and artisanal cocktails can be enjoyed indoors, on the cosy couches of The Rare Rum Bar.

Kaibo Espresso

Breakfast daily on the beach with gourmet fair trade coffee, cold brew, freshly baked croissants and hot panini.
